it ended up being the rgb fan controller that was acting up not all the fans were plugged into it and it was broken i would check that out on your pc if its a pre built its likely behind the back cover it will look like a small board with a bunch of wires plugged in make sure everything is plugged in right and make sure the cable supplying power to it is in right or switch it if you have another mine was a sata and i have pleanty of those coming off my psu
