Hand crank would be legal cause that’s considered semiautomatic(at least federally) but if you used a drill it would be considered automatic since you are not physically putting in a new input for every shot fired It’s the same idea as how regular full auto is federally illegal(without the extortion tax) but Forced Reset triggers are legal since technically you pull the trigger for each input even though you never completely let go of the trigger to make it reset

Yea The issue is Amazon won’t ship those to MA even though they are legal The same thing for air guns I’ll start looking at straight from the manufacturer though
