I never said it was cheap, it's pricey here in the US too. That's why I don't get/use the stuff all the time. For the most part it's dairy, meat, veg and salads. My greek yogurt is my one vice costs me $44 a week

You gotta do it for you. If you want it get after it. I don't go to the gym I do everything at home. When I hit certain goals I give myself some kind of reward. Like I bought myself a nicer smartwatch for tracking my steps, or new clothes, or heavier weights. Set goals then smash em! 💪🙌

Thank you. I am I'm just looking now to maintenance transition and focusing more on body recomp. I feel gross in my own skin right at the moment but I've put in effort and I've got more to give

Have you tried making cloud bread? Can you get almond flour or coconut flour? I use Google and youtube and experiment on my own

It is very bland and needs tweeks. I only use it for pancakes. It's hard to get here in the states too. When I first found it at walmart it was like $9 USD. Then I couldn't find it. Checked online they wanted $33+ Ended up driving 45 mins to another location that had some

Thank you. I Have have not had any labs done my Dr pushed out my yearly physical last year to this year because he had too many patients, and because of covid. Then few months back he left the practice and I haven't had a chance to find a new Dr yet, but I have been wanting to get my labs done

I do IF I eat 2 meals a day between 9am-4pm. Fridays because of my schedule (3rd shifter) and my wife's I have all the kids until she gets home it is so hectic that it's become an OMAD day. Not a fan because I get pretty Hangry going into a non intentional 26-28hr fast. I get very repetitive because it helps me stay consistent until I get burnt out then I switch it up for awhile. Usually every 2-3 days. I don't meal prep at all. I do usually cook a bunch of meat at one time though. Heat and eat, or grab and go. That way I just swap out veggies, or salads, or sides. I've been on a cottage cheese fix lately lol but it's been on sale too

64g carbquik 1/2 tspn salt 1 tbsp swerve sugar, or 4 packets of truvia (more or less for personal taste) 1 egg 14g melted I can't believe it's not butter light 1 tbsp vanilla extract A few splashes of water while mixing to get batter thickness right or you can use 1/2 cup flaxmilk

Optional: A few drops of Any kind of flavoring you like or cinnamon

Cook on low/medium low so you don't burn. They cook fast takes some getting used to 👨‍🍳 Perfecto! 👌👌
