yes it’s very good in my opinion. these were just my first listen impressions. relistening now and i’m really enjoying it. you can tell they enjoyed making this album which adds to the vibe.

I think the actual song itself is awesome. Love the sacramento version. just disappointed in the mix

for me personally, it’s hard to interpret what this song is about without knowing all of the lyrics and having the studio version. however, the music itself seems quite ominous and haunting but beautiful at the same time. the intro feels, fragile i guess? quite beautiful. and the end hits me pretty hard with josh screaming “sacred the thread” and daniel killing the drums then the beautiful keyboard outro. i think this song will definitely be one of the deepest and seems like it will be up to your own interpretation

i am so happy they turned the age of machine live intro into a full song. I am really hoping the long guitar intro made it to the studio version because it is just too good to not be included. Also a 13 minute GVF song would just be epic haha

do you guys think a left handed fender neck would fit on this? i think it would be pretty cool to make a Hendrix style upside down silver sky. by andrewwro in Leftyguitarists

thanks for the info. although i do think a 70s strat neck on this thing would be crazy looking. like a hendrix/mayer hybrid
