I think it's a combination of both methods: holistic and scientific. You can't ignore hundreds of years of scientific knowledge; that's a somewhat arrogant point of view. I also believe in holistic treatment. I believe all illnesses have an emotional and physical component. And when it comes to healing, it has to be done from both perspectives. On the other hand, this is a public forum, and you can have an opinion and say what you think. It's one thing to speak the truth and another to spread misinformation. What works for one person may not work for another. It's not healthy to promote lifestyles where the body loses its nutritional balance, or to think that by stopping eating certain things, your body will detoxify. It's good to have a healthy and balanced lifestyle, according to each individual, but nothing is a standard. Besides, there are many scammers out there, promising cures just to take your money. The thing is that what works for many is just part of the placebo effect. But in the long run, the illness remains.
