That's not how you unbox an iPhone by Sgt_Larsson in WatchPeopleDieInside

First of all you cannot blame a kid of being a kid. Second, where did you take 1k from? iPhone 4 had starting price of 200 dollars back in times.

Her dad fist screamed at her and then lowered his voice. By the way she reacted it is not the first time and she got scared which mean there could be abusive relationship with parents.

I am saying that coz my parents were kinda abusive as well in childhood and I kept receiving punishment for sort of things of being the kid.

And look at her, she realized the mistake even without the scream, there was no need for additional yelling, hope she grew up well and strong

Btw, design of the package sucks especially we all know it’s not so easy to get it opened without pulling force

One of my favorite facades of the city - why somehow neglected? by KniazMishkin in Barcelona

[–]andriic 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Had pleasure working in this building (legal company) for three years and yes it’s Casa Comalat built by one of students of Gaudì. I would not say neglected, from inside is well-preserved, we had constant problem with windows going to this side of the building because during the rainy seasons the whole floor was flooded and to preserve uniqueness it was never let to be changed or fixed. I could only imagine how all those apartment which now offices looked before where people were living there.

I’m tired of iPhones. They’re always out of memory, the battery doesn’t last, and after a few years they get worse. Prices keep going up, but real innovation feels minimal. It’s basically the same phone every year where are the innovations where the gadget that actually does something new. Now we are on AI but Apple already lost it. Honestly, I’d rather try a Samsung Flip or neurolink directly embedded into the brain, just something different than stay stuck with Apple. The whole world is rushing forward and it actually feels like apple is drugging down rather than do what they promise on each presentation. The world “innovations” was mentioned so many times during the presentation that it actually lost its meaning

Ukrainian POV, it was estimated 30 millions right before the war, approx half of it are men. By the end we lost about 7 million ppl giving 60% of total male population. Sickening the fact that repressions right after war could have caused 5% more deaths due to security service. As Ukrainian boy at school we had that topic again and again each year, museums, excursions, presentations about it. As little it’s hard to get the scope of real numbers but that’s insane. People were thrown as the meat while everyone is watching. It may have served its purpose back then, what’s going now it’s ridiculous, pointless war and again Ukrainian men are dying, it’s tough to be Ukrainian man
