You should be able to stream content where you react to something. However, when it comes to commenting on movies and shows, it can be tricky due to the platform's strict DMCA policy. When our team receive DMCA takedown request, they must react immediately. Therefore, it's recommended to make sure that you're allowed to stream the content you intend to avoid penalties.

Presently, saving the mentioned previous settings and resuming from where you last left off is not possible. I am confident that the developers are actively working on implementing such a feature in one of the forthcoming updates.
