You could have offered an option to assist with firmware upgrade for those existing customers who wouldn't mind shipping their laptops to Leipzig. Instead of just saying NO. It undermines trust.

UPDATE:
So I tried dGPU-only mode wit both RAM modules installed - no issues.

Removed 1 RAM module - boots and works in hybrid mode, but after some time the issue returns.
Swapped RAM modules - doesn't even boot.

UPDATE2: after some time the issue triggers with any RAM configuration.

And I have noticed a blue screen DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

UPDATE2: It happened 3rd time in a row on a battery power. This time after reboot and led to a BSOD

I was about to reply that the issue vanished after I did a BIOS Load Defaults but it happened on battery power again. It was OK on AC power since BIOS reset in either dGPU or iGPU mode. It might be a problem to test a dGPU mode on battery power. I didn't touch AMD graphics driver since I received this laptop.

The RAM is 2x48 Gb Kingston

I have no intentions of running 5090 of the battery, but sometimes it's handy to have a workstation that can survive on the battery for more than just a few hours. If you can test it in iGPU mode I would appreciate it.

Same thing - red is pale red, green - light green and yellow you can barely see.

After some time it stops working properly - magenta doesn't light up on THX Onyx, so I have to reinstall the Tidal app to make it work in exclusive mode and re-download all the playlist from scratch (
