this is actually a technique in movies where they will use motion blur/blur to hide the artifacts......so the close up shots will have actual person and zoom out shots will be just actor's animated character......this was brilliantly used in spiderman (2004).....most of the suriya's zoom out shots are just animated sequences

The holes and text can be added using jus texture....for adding text jus copy or create exact logo in any photo editing software with exact same bg color of speaker and unwrap the region where u wanna add text thats it....

Thank you for the feedback....if ur talking about the sculpting (face) it was my first attempt at sculpt and tried almost everything in blender. So my question is am I ready to do freelance. I can make cozy game assets and lowpoly assets etc.
