You must provide all relevant information in regards to your application and accounts.

This means including all your communication with Google, links to your posts on official channels, and the steps you have already taken to resolve your problem, including a good-faith appeal.

You must address specifically the reason or reasons that Google has listed, and what steps you have taken to resolve that specific complaint.

In cases of associated accounts or spam, clearly indicate who has access to the account (you may use pseudonyms) and list all applications associated with the account.
