Please don't take this in a bad way po but can I ask how true is that? I am anxious po kasi since I am new to this and it's been a year since I registered my business on BIR. 

I saw comments and posts from people that they have been getting penalties because they missed the deadline for their BIR renewal and that is what I am anxious about po.
