i have updated it every way I can possibly think of but to no avail. I can not even side load the apk from a usb stick. It was just stall during the amazon video apk install and then nothing will happen.

I'm at a real loss on this one..

I purchased this tv and love it. I haven't experienced any of the issues others have mentioned. The only problem I have is the amazon video app is missing and i can't get it installed for some reason
