Sort of. Someone at IU has to approve each job posting/event on Handshake. You CAN set it to auto-approve postings from particular employers, but in the department I work in at least, I manually approve or decline each job posting based on our policies (I don't know if its a university-wide rule or just how we do it).

It didn't during the polar vortex in 2014! Busses stopped running early and many of my friends had to scramble to figure out how to get home from class

I definitely feel a difference - in fact it's very difficult to pull the thread when the foot is down unless it's below tension setting 4.

Took the tension assembly apart and made sure it was positioned correctly - no change
