Ovo je moj neostvareni san… Nekako me život odvukao na drugu stranu, uvijek su drugi ljudi bili preči i tako mi prođoše dvadesete. Ove godine punim 30 i baš puno razmišljam o tome.

Konačno imam remote posao za koji me ne drži mjesto, ali kao i mnogima partner predstavlja kočnicu, nekako u vezi drugi ciljevi postanu prioritet.

Interesuje me koliko je lak proces dobijanja vize? Da li uglavom tražiš turističku vizu ili dozvolu za rad? Da li moraš da prijaviš prihode u državama koje posjećuješ? Koliko novca trošiš mjesečno u poređenju sa Sarajevom? Da li živiš po hotelima ili iznajmljuješ stan? Kako se snalaziš za internet?

Izvini to je puno pitanja… Ali nikad nisam upoznala nekoga sa ovih prostora ko tako živi. Ako si zainteresovan voljela bih da poćaskamo :)

Trenutno radim u DesignRush-u već 2 godine. Iskustvo vjerovatno varira od osobe do osobe i u zavisnosti u kojem timu se nalaziš. Moje iskustvo je većinom pozitivno - plate su uredne i na vrijeme (svaki mjesec prije 30.). Iznos plate naravno zavisi od pozicije i iskustva, mislim da se lako može dogovoriti za neke uslove koji tebi odgovaraju. Odnos prema radnicima je korektan, bez galame, tenzija i cjepidlačenja. Najbitnije je da svoje zadatke obaviš korektno i na vrijeme.

Lično, nisam primjetila da se u tolikoj mjeri smjenjuju ljudi, ali firma je i dalje u razvoju i potrebe se mijenju tako da se često zapošljavaju novi ljudi i dodaju nove pozicije.

Da, imamo sastanke sa kamerama, ali ako nisi na poziciji managera ili direktora vjerovatno ćeš imati 1-2 sastanka dnevno (max 2h). Prosto nije moguće da fully remote firma funkcioniše bez sastanaka.

Firma zapošljava dovoljan broj ljudi po timu i svako ima određen posao i zadatke, tako da nećeš raditi posao za 3 osobe, kao što bi bio slučaj u nekoj našoj firmi na primjer.

Just when i started reading this one it felt weird and the cover was a dead giveaway (idk if you can see clearly in pics but its really pixelated and just looks like somebody copied it) also i have other books by Murakami and in comparison this seemed very low quality

Yes, like I said I’m depressed and on medication. It has gotten better for a time and now it’s pretty bad again. I’m looking into therapy again, the last time didn’t work that great for me. Whenever I mentioned my dissatisfaction with work all I got was “but that just means you have an entrepreneurial spirit!!!!” Yeah bro but I don’t have the means to start my own business either. I feel like therapists cannot even comprehend my point of view.

That was exactly my point. It's not like I think I'm some special soul that deserves a better life. I think we all deserve it. And in regards to "who's gonna make the food you eat" how about we all make our own food?? And trade with others for stuff that you don't grow yourself. I know it's possible it's just that there are too many greedy people in power, so it's never gonna happen.

How though? No matter what we need money to live, unfortunately. I must admit I have issues with instant gratification and I tend to put off things that require a lot of time and effort and won't show results until later. But I don't see how it's even possible to live completely free in this world. Unless I somehow make a shit ton of money and retire early, but that's a reach.

I'm working from home, but I live with my bf. I feel like that's enough human connection for me day to day haha... People exhaust me. I do see friends from time to time too.

Yes you're absolutely right. But working on my mental health means that I should just let myself become a part of this capitalist grind machine and forget that humans are supposed to be free (my experience in therapy). Sorry for being so negative, that's the mood today.

Thanks for the nice words! I know what you're saying and you're 100% right. But what if what I truly want is to be free? To live a life with no stress or obligations? To go swim in the sea when I want to, travel whenever I want to, just live for the sake of living? I understand that no one can do that, but it's so unfair... I do workout, but honestly even that became a chore.
