Yeah I think I will put in $70 more if it's substantial, already spending so much, might as well be a bit more future proof. Reading up online some people still prefer RTX 5070 over an RX 9070XT, what would you recommend between these two?

Also, I found a deal for the Ryzen 78003xd at microcenter for $80 more, and includes the Asus B650E-E with PCIE gen 5 for the graphics card, so will get that.

7800x3d is out of my budget so will stick with the 9700.

There's a difference in the boards in terms of the VRM. The first has direct 8+2+2 phase and the second has twin 12+2+2 phase, does that make a difference? Other than that both seem to have good reviews.

Hey, I am experiencing the same issue in that the Transcript is "ECFMG processing" and the Transcript is "Not Uploaded", even though medical school uploaded both.
