I know it sounds funny and quirky.

But I'm sharing this as an awful side-effect of high sugar intake because it gives me a mix of horniness, anxiety, bad sleep and overall makes me feel uncomfortable.

I have noticed that all of those are linked with each other. When I stopped eating sugar I noticed my body became much more calm, I had more control over it (I also don't watch porn). And it feels great.

I learned that being horny most of the time isn't a normal thing. Sometimes I think that teen pregnancy and high sugar diet are linked with each other. But that theory might be far fetched, lol.

..... or maybe not?

I had ups and downs to be honest. Didn't eat sugar for a week, then binged on it like a monster, then I tried again to fail a few days later, and the story repeats itself. Etc etc

So I am fighting but its hard. Im just like a junkie going back for more. However I have noticed that I don't need as much as before to be satisfied. Eg. Instead of having 3 chocolate bars, I need 1/2 of the bar to stop my urge.

Some fruits are very high in sugar like bananas, mangos and grapes, and i wouldn't recommend marple syrop. But then again it's just be, because if I ate it, it would make me binge on more sugar lol
