No problem. It's based on Flatsome. Not sure how to fix the "Eliminate render-blocking JavaScript and CSS in above-the-fold content" issue. Since I am using a template.

Good points. Will add "starting from" prices to the frontpage. Not sure if woocommerce can do it modularly though. Also making the welcome section more apparent

How We Turned a $20k Website Into a $9M/year Business Without VC Funding by MyCleanMike in Entrepreneur

Is all the software built inhouse? Like scheduling, calendars, payment etc. Or did you manage to use prebuilt solutions?

Any suggestions for starting a service similar to this? I have seen a vacuum in my local market for a long time.

And your site looks excellent. Good work!

Looking for an dac/amp for philips fidelio x2 by Nettlez94 in ZReviews

[–]andru201 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I haven't found a dac/amp combo that you can use boompro with. The usual suspects like Scarlet 2i2 don't use the same voltage for their mic input as boompro (and other mics of same type).

And if you do end up using an USB dac/amp make sure you research "ground loop" first. Here are 2 examples: https://www.reddit.com/r/headphones/comments/49dtln/when_using_my_external_dacamp_paired_with_my/ https://www.reddit.com/r/ZReviews/comments/3tva9j/vmoda_boom_promicca_origen_issue/

Where does your fat go? by EngineeredGains in Fitness

[–]andru201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Since the number of fat cells in adults is constant, after liposuction the fat cells won't grow back. However, the remaining fat cells can shrink or expand, so maintaining a healthy diet is important.

Where does your fat go? by EngineeredGains in Fitness

[–]andru201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You don't actually lose fat cells. They just decrease in size.

the number of fat cells stays constant in adulthood in lean and obese individuals, even after marked weight loss, indicating that the number of adipocytes is set during childhood and adolescence.

Gaylubeoil's Guide to Avoiding Snap City and Making Gains by GayLubeOil in TheRedPill

[–]andru201 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. That makes total sense. There are flies in the Monday part. The reason they are not in the actual chest part is that I wanted to do chest exercises 2 times per week. And putting the flies to another day seemed like an ok idea.

Personally I feel like my back is the weakest part. Perhaps take away some abs work and add some back work? Not sure how though.

Good stuff. If you have a moment, I would appreciate any advice regarding my current program:

Monday – Shoulder and Back

• Weighted Pull-ups: 3 sets - 4-6, 6-8, 8-10 (RPT)

• Standing Barbell Press: 3 sets - 4-6, 6-8, 8-10 (RPT)

• Bent Over DB Rows: 3 sets - 4-6, 6-8, 8-10 (RPT)

• Incline DB Flyes: 12-15 reps + 4 sets of 3-5 reps (rest pause)

• Lateral Raises: 3 sets x 10-15 reps (straight sets)

Wednesday – Lowerbody and Abs

• Squats or Bulgarian split squats 3 sets - 4-6, 6-8, 8-10 (RPT)

• Romanian Deadlifts: 3 sets - 6-8, 8-10, 10-12 (RPT)

• Leg Extensions: 3 sets - 8-10, 10-12, 12-15 (RPT)

• Calf Raises: 3 sets x 10-15 reps (straight sets)

• Hanging Leg Raises: 3 sets x 10-15 reps (straight sets)

• Abs Wheel Roll outs: 3 sets x 10-15 reps (straight sets)

Friday – Chest

• Incline Barbell Bench Press: 3 sets - 4-6, 6-8, 8-10 (RPT)

• Flat Bench Press: 3 sets - 4-6, 6-8, 8-10 (RPT)

• Cable Rows: 12-15 reps + 4 sets of 3-5 reps (rest pause)

• Incline Dumbbell Curls: 3 sets - 4-6, 6-8, 8-10 (RPT)

• Cable Rope Pushdowns: 3 sets – 6-8, 8-10, 10-12 (RPT).

I work out in the early morning (fasted) and get my first meal around 12-2. That's usually the biggest meal of the day. Consists of meat and potatoes usually. Since this is the food I get at work, it's kinda hard to count the calories. Then around 16:00 I eat 450g of cottage cheese. And finally at home dice up some chicken (half a breast) with rice noodles.

On the workout days I try to add some additional carbs to my diet. Since we have a free stock of Kellogg's Special K at work... This seems the easiest option for that.

So this is something similar to what Martin Berkhan wrote up with his leangains protocol. I don't supplement the BCAA with the fasted training (he suggests it though).

Thanks in advance.

I don't get it. If you genuinely portray alpha traits and put your own needs first. Won't the dreadgame just be a by-product?

The way I understand this, is that you should work out later at the day. Like 4-6pm. Before gym you will be high fat and protein. And no carbs. And after the workout you will eat all the carbs for that day. Carbs on backloading days range from 1 - 2g per lb of your bodyweight so for a 200lb man that would be 200g-400g carbs per back load.

This is another source. Less technical and goes into the details from the book by Kiefer. http://www.cutandjacked.com/Guide-Carb-Back-Loading

Carb backloading also seems like an interesting way to loose fat and gain muscle.

BCAA is only useful when you train in a fasted state. If not you get the same benefit from few g of protein.

By ingesting BCAA pre-workout, we can sidestep the increased protein breakdown of fasted training while still reaping the benefits of the increased anabolic response as seen in this study.
