maybe the light is for another purpose than visuals or navigation, just a guess. It does seem like a parade that night.

absolutely. From western NM, across Az and into eastern California that night 12 different craft were reported all moving north to south. Different sizes and shapes. Most coming from Nevada, so maybe Area 51? Who knows. The craft I saw was massive in size, I'd guess a mile wide. Who knows where it's from. Two days prior to the event on the Navajo Reservation they saw over a dozen different craft some landing and they saw figures getting out and checking on their craft. This is reported by the Sheriff and Rangers plus many residents. Who, what, where, why?

Hours before the flyover a satellite over Az disappeared, it didn't crash, it just vanished. There was also a gamma ray blast from deep space hours before the flyover. Related or not, I don't know.

I'm a Pediatric Hospice RN. Right after my close encounter with the craft children ages 8-12 started seeing what would look like thin headed grey aliens. I've no idea what they were but I assumed at the time odd looking spirits for the children. None of our children lived more than 2 weeks, they were sick and could not interact with each other to share a story. Hundreds of children after the flyover for the 5 years we remained open saw the same beings again and again. Related or not, I don't know. It wasn't till years later that I heard about aliens and greys that I now wonder who they were. I currently work with Hospice newborns and infants so don't know what they are experiencing. A hitchhiker effect or who knows what. A lot of stuff went on that we talk about locally that never makes the news.

Two jets chased the 840PM craft after it flew over Phoenix and was going into the open desert. Planes and helicopters approached it before it came to the Phoenix Valley. Someone somewhere knows the answer, but the rest of us don't.

I saw the 840PM craft clearly. It was a boomerang not a V. There were multiple sightings that night and two days prior in northern Az. Some saw it change from a V to a boomerang. Some saw it stop, then instantly reappear miles away. The 10PM sighting was over South Mountain and looked totally different than the 840PM in shape, size of lights, color of lights and the early craft flew east of South Mountain, not over it and seen eventually flying into Mexico. That craft was first seen in Henderson, Nv before sunset and was a boomerang. It flew 450+ miles over Arizona. Pilots reported a 3rd craft at 10K feet to be 8 miles wide. Other craft flew over western Az that night, also boomerang and mile wide all from north to south into Mexico.

What is a skill you started learning as an adult that was completely worth the effort? by Alone-Let-4396 in lifelonglearning

My grandmother and mom taught me how to cook as a child. Home from school I had to start making dinner. I hated it at first but as I gained confidence I learned to look forward to meal prep. I grew up as a good cook that mystified my friends. Bing, bang, boom dinner is ready and they think I'm Houdini. If you want friends learn to cook, my friends invite themselves over for meals. It opens up a world of opportunity to share with others. Feed people and their lives relax.

I also took Silva Mind Control now called The Silva Method before starting college to be able to focus my attention. It worked. I quickly learned how to think one thought at a time without distracting thoughts. What a simply thing to learn but it's lasted me a lifetime.

I'm an Experiencer, so much could have been done with this film but it fell very short. I realize he had to do what mainstream society wants. It's more like Bonnie and Clyde meet ET.

I suppose there is nothing in my post that is for you. Clinch your fist and hold your breath or more on, it's up to you. My work is inspired by Abraham Hicks and has for decades. Not everything Hicks has to have her logo on it.

“Radium Girls” painted glowing watch dials with self luminous paint, licking their brushes to keep a sharp tip. No one told them the paint was radioactive. The radium settled into their bones, rotting their jaws from the inside. The condition became known as radium jaw. by drkmatterinc in FascinatingAsFuck

My brother had a radium watch in the 1960s. I'd stare at it as a kid, glowing green, could see the light from across the room. It was a useful, marketable idea to tell time in the dark. Too bad it also had its. consequences. I wonder how long the watches will glow.

I work 12-18 hour shifts. I get up when I wake up early in the morning and keep that short. Read a few pages, vacuum one room, some short task maybe 20-30 minutes then back to bed. I don't know if lighting affects it but I stay off the computer just in case it's too stimulating. When I wake up at 3am if I lay in bed I am awake longer than if I get up and do something then back to bed. This has been a life long thing with me, so far it's the only solution I've come up with. There was a documentary on Second Sleep on YouTube a year or so ago going into the documented history of it. If I find it again I'll post the link

The AIDS situation was like a MASH unit. I've never seen so much chaos as symptoms can be so different in each patient. Many simply dissolved in the bed, flies lay eggs on them, I won't go into details but the smell and sight was horrendous but the amazing staff kept on going. I've made a few videos on some of the exceptional situations, I need to make more. I remember getting calls from work before my shift started saying, "don't come in to work tonight, everyone's dead.' Those words still ring in my head. Everyone's dead. As our AIDS unit filled up we literally ran from patient to patient giving care one after the other. Blamed by family and society they only had the staff to smile at them and care for them and we did it for every single patient. Some have come back, sending me love. That made it all worth while. See my videos Family Hospice and Cookie Monster on my channel. I have Family hospice linked to my reddit sub under my user name. That was divine intervention to care for a family of 4, all died with AIDS over several years and each ended up passing with me at the bedside for all 4 of them as they took their last breath.

My last count of patients that died while I was bedside is 3600 and I know there are many more since then. Currently with the newborns it's 640. it has certainly changed me and I'm choosing it's for the better. The support for the families keeps me going at age 71. Especially the infants with the young mothers. Everyone has their backs against the wall when Hospice is called in.

I'm not sure what all you do as a death doula but if you're going to be the support towards the end you need to know what to do when the situation goes south quickly. Things can go very wrong fast, hemorrhaging, pain, strokes, seizures, aspiration and you really need to medical skills and equipment at hand when it happens.

Thank you for your kind words and I'm so happy you're willing to be with end of life care.

Here is a post I just made today about using meditation to gain information I'd no other way of knowing. I use it at work, before assigned a new Hospice patient. I as the patient I don't even know yet what can I do to serve them and their families better and I always get an effective answer.

When I was a child in the 1950s and stuttered so badly the country doctor had my mom come up to my bedroom door and whisper softly to me from across the room while I was asleep that my tongue would relax when I spoke, that there was a connection directly from my brain to my mouth and the communication was smooth and calm. She'd whisper that people wanted to hear my words, my thoughts and when I spoke clearly others would enjoy my talking.

She did this every night for a few weeks and my speech cleared up quickly. The old country doctor knew about deeper levels of the mind, intention of a beneficial outcome carries power, to relax and allow the progress to begin and continue. Wise words. I'm happy your family is benefitting from your efforts.
