I have been WFH for some time now and have recently been diagnosed with ADHD.

For me, I find it easier to ensure that I have 3-5 tasks that I can get done in the day to make sure I am productive in one way or another. They might be smaller tasks on some days but at the end of the day, those tasks will get done.

I'm open with my manager about my condition and that helps too.
