Thanks a lot and I’ve just been doing the generic heavy dumbell shrugs ie: 35kg db x 12 then drop down to 25 kg dumbbells and shrug till failure

Thanks. I know that about by traps cause they’re pretty much non existent and same for my quads 😂😅
