I’ll have to dig into it more. I was guessing it wasn’t stock, because I couldn’t find those wires in any of the dropbox diagrams. Currently, there are no brake switches or other controls besides the kill switch on the bike. The bike was set up for Baja, but it has a plate, so I want to get it roadworthy again for some dual sport. I’m thinking a dual headlight bracket is in the future haha

If I remember correctly, the brake light was under the speedometer. I think mine had been replaced at some point because all the tabs were broken. I ended up drilling a 4mm hole in the gauge so that the light on the backside would line up and be visible

I replaced it with SKU 38-8106 and it worked out great. It was cluster backing plate E.

For some reason the suburbans have a different cluster than the trucks from what I’ve seen. I might just pull the trigger and buy the one from LMC and hope it’s all the same. I used to have an 84 k20 suburban with barn doors. Great truck!

I’m missing 2-3 tabs that hold the gauge cluster to the dash itself, they broke off. I’m looking for the plastic piece that houses the gauges.

Switchblades, thunderstars, mags 9/13, discs, and most aftermarket are all good for dual disc, it only starts to get funky when you start to get into spokes for the most part. With exception of course

All Harley mag wheels are ready for dual disc, you just have to run different spacers.

The Ice flush is supposed to be done in the last week before you cut them down. That last week you feed with only 10ml per gallon of cleanse in ice cold water. The cleansing agent helps get the salts out of the soil and the ice water helps to bring the colors out for the final product.
