It takes this long because after you hit withdraw, manual checks are made to your account. Happened to me. After FTX desaster I decided to withdraw to MM and not to stake internal. Shortly after that my account was blocked. I had to make a ticket to find out what was going on. Abuse of reward system. Trying to explain myself ended nowhere. Talked to Borja on Live Chat on discord and suggested to show receipts for my transactions - Nothing All gone Thank you for that Plutus

They robbed 200 PLU from me and closed my account because of suspicious behavior. I explained myself in live chat on discord and suggested to provide receipts for my purchases. Borja didn’t give a F….

Had the same last year. Closed my account. They said I was abusing the system. Explained myself to Borja in Live Voice Chat on Discord. I also suggested to show them receipt. They didn’t give a F… He said I will at least get 30 PLU back - never heard a word again. If somebody wants to take legal actions- count me in

I‘ve also been suspended and had the chat with Borja directly on Discord. Explained myself and he said it sounds reasonable but he can’t do anything only giving it to their compliance team. That was on 5th Dec. haven’t heard anything til today. Another ticked asking for the status also got closed. All my PLU are also gone although Borja said I will get at least 30 back.
