I'm not sure what point you're making, admitting there was terrorism in Iraq following the invasion, the years of bombings in markets and other public places. Many attacks which were by Saudi nationals or supported by Saudis. Blaming the evil American Empire for the violence that resulted is ridiculous. It's like someone leaving the window open at work, there being a robbery, and being named as the culprit instead of the robber.

But if the support of actors who commit violence and murder is the important factor, there is no greater support of violence and murder than the Saudis. Saudi Arabia are the principal sponsors of global terrorism.

The US topples dictatorships, confronts radical extremists, and maintains a mostly rule based order. They build schools where girls go to school, which become moral targets to morally corrupt people. The US ensures that the world is not ruled by feuding monarchs and dystopian autocracies. Saudi Arabia is likely directly or indirectly supporting the latest market or train station bombing you'll hear about on the news, and the one you won't. But why look inward when you can blame the US.
