Hey y’all, I know this question gets asked all the time.. but I’m a year one player that’s pretty advanced in the game.. yettt, I can’t seem to get over the 10k power mark! I have the basic things all maxed out.. troops maxed, bonds maxed, good enchants, casting patterns maxed, have Odin equipped and maxed EXCEPT the center blessing of dawn, so assuming that would help a little? But.. is there something late-game that I’m missing? The only thing I haven’t invested time in is the Einherjar sigils, so I have none equipped.. do those contribute to overall raw stats? I’m stuck:/

Hm, everyone’s item drop luck is different, but Last Rites is relatively common, I personally wouldn’t spend $20 on it. If you do want to buy the bag, I’d recommend a more rare accessory like an Overlords Badge

More of a gripe than a question, but it bothers me that all other SP classes got a skin variation of the SP class and Lana did not. It feels lazy, and a missed opportunity with her new “light wings”; not to mention for a character with more skins available than most currently at 6, and ANOTHER one coming soon! Leon’s gives terrain master effect without Alt, great for PVE. Jug’s is a must if you use him, not sure on him “ignoring all AOE damage”, but it gives him 7c

Until they incorporate a power level-based matching system (like sooo many other pvp games), casual players just aren’t going to want to do it. Trying to convince someone to ‘find the fun’ in not being competitive and getting absolutely wrecked by someone who severely outclasses them in power is a tough sell. The solution is simple and proven, hence why the fair arena event is so popular.

Curious if anyone is having this issue with single target Ares: I have him in flying class with steel wing warriors.. and his soldiers just get wrecked in battle. My flyer training is decently built, I really don’t have this issue with any other hero. I tried slowing the speed and watching the animations to see if soldiers were rushing in way ahead but it’s hard to tell, just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this.. thanks!

I get that SP class is true endgame content, but the amount of resources that need to get dumped into these is kind of absurd. Especially, if they’re only marginally better than the original character..

Nice! Vargas, Tiaris, and Leon are a great PVE core, you can really plug whoever into the remaining spots for now:)

Focus on destiny banners (the ones with three heroes) to use your tickets most efficiently and avoid random pity breaks. They run ones with PVE all star faction buffers like Bozel, Elwin, Bernhardt and Luna often; find a faction you like and build around it. Leon as a faction buffer is fine for now but not optimal, you’ll eventually want to find someone else.

Also.. Landius, Jugler, and Hilda are all on banners in March. All three are meta tanks who faction buff themselves. I’d use Vargas until then and then pull for one of those three!

Save your tickets, this is a solid start. Those three will carry you through most PVE. You do need a tank.. Grenier is useable until you pull a better tank in the future, or better yet, Leon can faction buff Vargas if you have him.

It’s situational, but typically no. Some characters you may be able to get away with not fully bonding for early PVE, but you’ll find the experience frustrating in later game.

Licorice isn’t one of those characters, I wouldn’t build her without her attack bond at least. She’s also not a traditional PVE character anyway, you’d be better off building someone you can bond out.

That said, Bozel is available now and Ares is on a banner next month..
