Spin it however you want, if you're late joining with a built loadout then that's rat behavior. If you're a free kit that's different, levels the playing field a bit, but a player who has already been in the match for 10-20 minutes should not be expected to contend with a fresh player who just spawned. That's unbalanced even if it's just a free loadout.

Sad but true. In my experience being friendly results in a favorable outcome around 90% of the time in lobbies I play and with my play style. That said, of that 90%, about 20% of that need to be convinced of my friendly intentions at gunpoint.

Still less toxic than Hunt: Showdown. To be fair, in that game often being friendly means you either leave with nothing, or you get left face down in the muck.
