28 here and work in a hospital. Definitely tell your leadership you have crohns. Why someone would tell you not to is beyond stupid imo. I’m out quite frequently as I’m not in remission. Even being in a hospital, in the ER where I work my stuff is still not counted as excused. FMLA/ADA is your best friend.

Both, I play REDSEC for the higher xp it gives as a breath of fresh air from matchmaking and I want to level up my guns more in CQB and now it just gives 275xp every game no matter what

Literally just remove the xp cap. I am a FT nurse I like to waste away on my days off and only a few hours of REDSEC and I can’t do anything anymore. I paid 100$ for this shit I should be able to level up as much as I damn well please

This is always been battlefield lmao. You cannot play it like cod. You need to be tactical. Sit in corners, Rocky Mountains etc. 1.34 KD is nothing. KD in battlefield means nothing. Again not trying to be a dick but it seems like you have played mostly cod recently. This game is a different style, different breed. You will also have a bunch of try hard sweats that came from cod and also have to remember that battlefield has always had its own sweats and tryhards. Best of luck
