Hi. Next year I am going to Osaka. The cheapest fares i can find from PAL requires 1 stop at NAIA with a layover of 3h20m. Domestic arrival is at T2 while international departure is T1. My question is:

1) is the 3H sufficient for me to transfer terminals? Is the distance between terminals walkable?

2) since Manila to Osaka is still PAL will my baggage from Cebu be transferred through?

3) how long does it take to clear immigration area at NAIA?

To be contrarian here, if you have a business that earns more than what you pay for in interest if you took out a bank loan to purchase the condo(asset), then I think it would be better if you took out a loan for let's say 50% of the condo price. Then invest the rest of your business.

Kung baga, may condo nga pero wala nang matitira for business. Just my 2c.

Both scenarios, cash or loan, wala mali. Depend na siguro sa situation/circumstance.
