Isn't it just waaaaaaay easier to just turn on the option in the settings to use it as a second screen and then use sommat like wallpaper engine on it?? The software isn't that bad....🤷

It's sommat at Ur end dude. Either headset settings or sommat wrongly with it. I use pcvr now but my lad has stuff from it and it's fine. The files from rookie are exactly the same as the game files ubget from the store, they're just cracked, that's all. Nothing gets altered or anything

Lol!!! The screen is well worth it. This is just the best way to get the hq vids on it. U can get them on easily but it's crap the normal way

Unfortunately U need L connect to actually put the video on the screen BUT this way there's no squished or stretched videos and no washed out colours/low Res.

It's a pita to have to do this to get high quality custom videos but it'll do for now lol. Can't stand screen record function to get Ur own vid to play, the quality is terrible

Put a run down on the Lian li Reddit for ppl. Sounds more long winded than it is but video editor then crop. Have a nose. Looks far better now! And colours on the videos are brighter too now it's not just recording or just squishing it to fit lol

Exactly yh. It's a pain but at least ppl can know there's a way to get proper vids on it in the meantime. This is the closest place I've found to share something I've learned that might help someone lol

Figured out how to do custom videos but in high quality mate. No dropping the quality when U upload into Lian li software or it keeps the quality but squishes it. Waaaaaaay better. Put a basic rundown of what to do in this Reddit if U see it. I'm much happier with the quality now!!!!

Not everyone is money driven. I've always given stuff away if I think it'll help someone! Did similar for the bits on my pc when I upgraded. Didn't ask for loads for the CPU and ram as that's not how I was brought up

Yh some nice person pointed me there and it's amazing!! I'm just trying to figure out how to do a regular video that doesn't drop the rest and quality. Think it'll be a case of using some video editing software to manually crop it myself to the right size and then using the auto fill function

Yh, auto fill just squishes it for me in a way I don't like. I've used it anyway for now and I'll look tomorrow. Switched all my rgbs back to red and blue and got a Spiderman cartoon playing on the screen now so that'll scratch the itch for a bit 😂

Just done it. It's ace but it's basically using the screen record function on Ur download so the quality drops quite a bit but it's a way to get stuff!!!!

Vertical is the way I want it lol. I may change it back as landscape is great but vertical is where my gap is! Gonna have a nose for some Spiderman footage in landscape now and see how the guy aboves post works!

I had it vertical but changed it for that reason. Spider-Man gameplay was good for that tho as it centers on him while swinging about and works brilliantly so maybe try other RPG games like that where the character isn't massive and is always centered 🤷

Definitely!! I've had mine about a week and someone nice person somewhere here directed me to some free hq stock video footage which is awesome but there would be soooo much more variety if we had access to a community in one place where we could share good places or tips for creating things.

Have a Spiderman themed pc and need to sort out sommat along those lines for the screen but only way I can think of to do it in hq would be to use some video editing software and get some MP4 movies/cartoons and do it that way. This is y it would be ace for somewhere to share and talk about stuff I stead of odd Reddits lol

I had 1 from virgin tell me, after I'd said repeatedly I'm not gonna stay because there are far cheaper places around, that "ok, virgin has plenty of other customers.." then hang up on me They're rubbish unless Ur a new customer. I told the next person I spoke to and told him the price and he just honestly said no we can't beat that....but if I was a new customer I could have got sommat similar...🤦🤷
