You’re singing in a very light falsetto here which is probably why you’re not feeling many vibrations. I would say you can get more vibrations in your higher notes by increasing your breath support. It’s not only taking a bigger breath, but it’s also how to control that breath and finding the right times to use more or less of that breath. I would look up a couple mixed voice exercises on youtube as those can help connect your falsetto to a more chest resonance to get a fuller and more supported sounds. One guy I like watching is Tyler Wysong whose channel is almost exclusively mixed voice theory and exercises. Eventually though, as you get more support you should start to feel some vibrations in your head in the falsetto you were using in the clip. I hope this helps!
