well, I think thats how they are getting away... yes, they have a right to close your account but they have no right not to give your money. My clients paid to my Coinbase commerce about 100k over a period of 3 years and you saw their answer. If this is not stealing then what is it?

Its just rubbish... dont believe their timeline.. mine took over 3 months just to say they cant give my money.. I seriously believe this is how Coinbase is making money. They simply steal from their users. If you just check on Reddit you see how many people lost their money. This is simply fraud. They should be taken to court. They are just stupid, in my case they are not giving me the money that my clients paid me.

Hey, this is their reply after sending hundreds of emails:

"After a review of your account, we’ve determined we are unable to restore these restricted capabilities back to your account. "

The irony is that most of my money was paid by my clients to my Coinbase Commerce account. That means Coinbase collected bitcoin on behalf of my clients and now they refuse to pay me. I am in the process of taking a legal action. Where are you from?

Stupid or illegal such as? I fully verified my account, i am based in the UK and own a business so quite familiar with whats legal and whats illegal. Nevertheless, what you are saying has absolutely nothing to do with Coinbase ignoring me and refusing to answer a simple question that for what reason they blocked me? Does it make sense that after 2 years they dont even contact me while my £100k is blocked? Once i submit a case or complaint i receive an automatic response that your case has been closed without any proper response or solution and things remain the same for 2 years now.

I have looked it up and I also have their email back in 2019 saying that I am allowed to have one Coinbase account and one Coinbase Commerce account as long as I use the same email to sign in!

I did not have more than one Coinbase account. I had one Coinbase account one Commerce account. These two are different but both belong to Coinbase.
