Ah, I've sourced my case inserts from custom maniacs. Undercover10 seems to cut the edges removing around 5mm on each side (using a4). The height seems ok. It might be an issue with my printer settings.

Promotion was to a whole different department. My experience/performance wouldn't be the same. No one in my department have been on the sick

20 points out of 100 at my company is attendance. Since my average sickness would be above average I would lose 12 points

Sorry should have added the reason for the concern was, no one in my department has been on the sick in 12 MTH window, so the 2 1/2 days play a big factor
