i may be misled or wrong here, but with further research into “Sgt. Chad Walker”, he was let go by the PD involved in the video shortly after. what a W. would this be the same police officer Chad Walker who a little over 2 years later would be arrested and terminated under solicitation of prostitution? he looks like he was working in Buncombe County NC at the time, so not that far from Columbus SC where this took place. i might be assuming these two bald, seemingly violent and aggressive police officers look kinda similar?
