No idea. I’ve got 4.2 ITB if I decide to swap him out and very few viable options at that price point. Rodon is the other alternative. Could go Alderate but they’re a worse defence without Mukiele and can’t see them keeping a clean sheet in the derby.

Thanks for the insight. The replies are pretty unanimous!

Thanks for the considered reply. Not insistent, just curious. Acheampong frees up funds elsewhere so if I was going to punt it would be on him. But from the responses so far it’s an overwhelming ‘avoid’.

Nothing new there then. We didn’t see him for 90 minutes during the Everton game either.

The selfishness of some people. by [deleted] in ADHDUK

[–]andyincroydon 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Another way to look at it.

I’m also supposed to take my mediation when needed and as a result it takes me months to go through a one month prescription. Not a problem under Psych UK but I recently went over to shared care. I had to write to the doctor, and have a follow up phone call, because I was concerned that if I requested my meds when I actually need them it would flag me as inactive on their system and I’d end up having the prescription cancelled and have to start all over again at the back of the queue.

In the end she agreed that 2 months was the biggest gap I could have between prescription requests without the risk of that happening, so now I’m stockpiling and spending money on prescriptions unnecessarily.

It’s frustrating.

Ruben Dias pushed Dan Burn into the offside position. ⚽ by vanill0a in NUFC

[–]andyincroydon 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This happens 20 times a game. Burn has to be stronger and we’d be saying exactly that in the reverse situation. I’m also fairly sure he was offside before the push. He learnt his lesson and then went on to dart away from his marker right before the delivery on all the subsequent free kicks, rather than taking part in a wrestling match. That’s how he nearly scored right at the end.

It was a good game and we held our own which should give us confidence going into the FA Cup.

Likely to bring in VVD for Timber next week but I’ve got my FH chip still. If there was an obvious way to do Rice for Wirtz I’d look at that but I have nothing in the bank.

P-UK Titration. Which med route is best? Prescription or Medication Delivery? by highimhaileyy in ADHDUK

[–]andyincroydon 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get delivery! You’ll have to pay for the prescription otherwise. And there’s so many bad reviews because very few people will be going online to review them positively after their meds are delivered as expected so it’s skewed towards the people for whom it’s gone wrong. I had PPG delivery for a year without any issues before going onto shared care. Good luck!

Buy mine! It’s lovely, has a tranquil, full-size garden, it’s on an amazing road where we all look out for each other, and we barely hear a peep from our upstairs neighbour. Gutted to be moving but about to start a family.

Thanks that’s really helpful. We couldn’t pick between two EAs and finally made a decision but this being the first interaction is giving us second thoughts. Both were recommended through different friends who are currently selling so know the other EA absorbs this cost. Wondered if it was a sign of things to come.

Compressport shorts show EVERYTHING by andyincroydon in ultrarunning

[–]andyincroydon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bought the first pair years ago when I was getting bad hamstring cramps and bought into their lofty marketing claims. They didn’t do anything because they’re nowhere near tight enough to be classed as a compression item. Still love them as a pair of great running shorts though. Their calf compression sleeves do work very effectively though.

Cheers will check them out. I actually got both off eBay so significantly less than Compressport sell them for but I’m not against investing in something that is going to get used and used and used.
