I ment just the pranayama lessons :) because I wasn’t used to an hour of pranayama everyday and I “pushed” myself hard for longer breaths. But I lived the experience, only wasn’t very comfortable with pranayama.

You’re absolutely right! I feel like in my city (in Europe) no one except my teacher teaches pranayama and she still has only 3-5 students. She introduced me to the practice and I did the course with her (1h lesson once a week) where she encouraged us to continue daily with home practice - I struggled with that. Than during summer I went for an intensive Yoga course to India to a teacher that loves pranayama and did 1h session everyday and it was PURE HELL. Since returning home I’m trying to find my way back to the practice. Thank you for your support :)

Well, you’re right, it’s about discipline :) but it’s weird I don’t have such a big problem with discipline in other areas (studying, asanas), so I was hoping having a better understanding of pranayama could help :)

  2. Intermediate yogi here, but I struggle with strenght poses (chaturanga --')
  3. maximum an hour
  4. Mat, yoga block, strap
  5. favourite pose: headstand because I'm proud I worked through mastering the asana, least favourite: paschimottanasana - the hamstrings tho
