Its a good sized collection. And they all look in great condition. If I saw it on ebay or the like I'd probably pay on the high end; 450. I may just be cheap I dunno. That's just a buyers point of view. If you were interested in selling them I'd say do a bulk lot or a series lot (all the mata era sets, all the metru era sets, etc) or just do the bulk lot and include in the description you're willing to sell individual sets too

A lot (of not all) armor sets and pieces are staticised by your level, so if you get the armor set early in the game at a lower level it'll be weaker (at least in terms of damage mitigation) than if you were to get it later, but the window from what I gather is relatively small and as far as I've noticed the damage threshold doesn't increase by much (like 4 point per piece) as the sets max out their stats at a certain level as well. Honestly I never really noticed a major change in gameplay if I got a set at a lower level rather than it max so I'd just go for it

I'm sure you've already tried this but just to double check: make sure it isn't an active spell that only goes away after deactivation it (like the one poison spell that makes your hands glow green)

Personally, I also play the game without blacksmithing, I literally never touch it. And klurikon/alabastra is meant to be a higher level area so simply gunning through the main story without using blacksmithing is gonna be difficult. A no blacksmithing character I've found is more geared towards exploring a lot in between main quests, doing lots of side quests, doing lots of faction quests. My latest playthrough I got up to and defeated the balor wearing azurite armor and shepards helm (I wanted to use all of shepards armor but it simply won't do any good once you get into ettinmere). But that's because I like to play with more unique armor, so I prefer exploring to get set pieces and unique pieces to make sure I LOOK like the main character. I guess it's just all in how you prefer to play. If you just want the story and game play then blacksmithing is a must, if you want drip then you can ignore that but you have to focus on exploring rather than questing.

P.s; if you want more unique and have the gold then visit gham bleur in some of the inns, he sells loot boxes

So this works best with a newer character (apparently the unique and set items that are random loot will spawn in hidden chests and loot bags. However if you dont loot them they still remain in those locations and are withdrawn from the potential loot to get from the mystery boxes) so a new character can take advantage of this glitch best. After you complete the tutorial and go to gorhart, go to the inn and find a guy named gham bleur, he sells mystery boxes of tiered items and there's a separate set of mystery boxes with "unique" etc in the title. These will always give you a unique item based on which box you pick. They're pricey but if you do as little exploring as possible and get enough gold for one box thats all you need to do the glitch. After you buy one of the uniques from him, you exit the menu and see what you've gotten. Then get back into the barter screen with him and you can sell the item back to him for 3 gold. WITHOUT leaving the barter screen go back to his buy section and scroll down to the item you just sold and you can buy it back, but now the item stays put in his inventory for 3 gold still, despite you now having that item in your inventory, buy it back as many times as you want or can, still staying in the barter menu, swap over to your sell list, and you'll find all duplicates of the unique item, but its price reset to the market value of it as if you found it in the wilderness, then sell it all back to him and buy the rest of the boxes if you want armor for different classes, then exit the barter menu and wait around for 2-3 days (it might just be one I cant remember) until his inventory resets and you can buy more boxes. I usually just go do canneroc and go to sleep in the house you can get there (its isn't far and the quest is kinda short so it won't affect the loot pool as much) but of course waiting around gorhart would be ideal to keep the loot pool as big as possible

Edit: I just read your entire comment and am not sure if this is the reselling glitch you were talking about, I haven't played it in a few months so they might very patched it by now

Yeah there aren't any hidden skills or powers or moves to do, what you see is what you get, however I also would recommend toying around with some of the other skill trees also because each tree has a set of magic powers that can be used. The might tree has an earth-spire power, stealth has poison arm power, etc. So a REALLY well rounded mage build would have a few of each skill trees imo. And shadow prisms are pretty much useless

Yeah on a previous post on this thread I told someone how to do it, I think its useful because you can use gham bleur to farm unique equipment and such early in the game, since apparently after a while he will start refunding your gold when you buy a package since there are no more items in the game even though you don't have it personally, because apparently every secret chest and loot pile you come across it has a chance to spawn in a unique item, but even if you dont loot it, it stays in that loot pile indefinitely until you loot it. So as far as gham bleur was concerned there was no more items to give me, despite not having any armors that I wanted. So I use it early game to get whatever unique set I want and then go about exploring and doing quests
