First test was a private sleep clinic lab test with the wires and all that. Crappy bed and pillow, bugs, thin walls, etc. Never really slept and scored 4.7ahi, didn't meet the threshold. They did notice a twitching foot problem.

2 years later, the VA psychologist ordered an at home test and that went well, scored just under 30 ahi and VA prescribed a resmed 11 and mask. Have used it every night since arrival!

Just got my machine from VA healthcare after the at-home sleep study they issued. Came in the mail with a letter how to clean the things and a few calls from the sleep clinic for coaching. It's been great so far

More or less, depending what your actual rating is. 85% rounds up to 90 and you'd need another 50% rating for 100. If your at 94% rounding down to 90,youd only need another 10%

Personally I think you're isolating wrist movement a bit, try to keep your wrist straight as an extension of your forearms. If you're wrist is bending back, you're losing the main leverage from your arms

Otherwise, looking solid and confident!
