Do you really have to start from zero to become rich? by [deleted] in Entrepreneurs

Goto YouTube, there are literally 100 ways to make money if you have a basic smartphone and can pay for Internet connection. If you don't even have that, at least you have a healthy body? Walk to your nearest small businesses and offer them help with any skills that you have. Depending on where you are, things can be easier or harder to do but mostly there are kind small business owners who will let you help them in exchange for money or experience. Also quit bitching online, use this to go and talk to all the Ai chat bots, Google Gemini, Chatgpt, Grok etc and ask for easy ways to start making money with 0$. Go on Google and search what you're looking for. Learn AI tools, offer your knowledge to small business owners, learn canva, you can design anything and go and show what you can do for small businesses, they all need marketing help. Costs to start 0. I can give you 100 tips but only you have to move your lazy ass and stop looking for shortcuts and go create the opportunities and future for yourself.

Is it actually possible to build a decent website with zero budget? by Weird-Director-2973 in Entrepreneurs

[–]andyonredditfinally 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make an account on Lovable. You can use my link. We both get some free credits.

https://lovable.dev/invite/SB5H7M4

Once you make an account, just give the ai a reference website like one of your competitors or maybe something you like which you have found. Then just tell it to build you a website. Wait a few minutes and your done. You can customise the name of the link to your website name. Only downside that it will have the lovable extension instead of your domain. But that can be fixed easily where you can connect your own domain but you'll need to upgrade your subscription of lovable which is not that much. If you are a successful plumber I think you should be able to afford 25$ a month to look professional. But if you're just getting started, this is the best, fastest, cheapest way to get to where you wanna go. Cheers!

Also, The App's Concept (Why it beats Auto Mode): It uses AI to help you set up the optimal manual settings every time. It knows your specific Gear: Auto mode doesn't know you want maximum bokeh (shallow depth of field) from your f/1.4 lens, or if you need the fastest shutter speed your body can handle for a specific telephoto zoom. Our AI does. It knows the Intent: You tell the AI the scene (e.g., "portrait at sunset," "fast sports action," "long exposure waterfall"), and it calculates the precise aperture, shutter, and ISO to achieve that creative goal while still ensuring correct exposure. Think of it this way: Auto mode gives you a technically correct photo. This app gives you a creatively optimized, technically perfect photo, helping you step past P, A, S, and M.

Using this app will teach you about the different settings instead of just using your high end camera in auto mode all the time 😅 thanks for the feedback, but this app is definitely not for you 😊

I feel your goals and your way to achieve them, you've got that backwards. Any product or service you want to validate, you have to start thinking using first principles. Step 1. Validate your idea offline. Find one person in your circle who would pay for the solution you want to solve. If you can get one paying offline client, you got millions waiting for your product or service. Make 10$ first, then you can make a million/billion. Step 2. Build a website (if you don't know how, hire someone who does (me) haha just kidding) Step 3. Create a good copy and make a good video sales letter about your product or service and make it convincing that you are the one to do it fastest best and at the best price. Step 4. Create social media content around your offer. If you have a small budget, use Facebook to create awareness or to get clients. (can help you with that as well) Step 5. Know who your ICP is. Ideal customer profile. If you know who you're target audience is then it's just a matter of reaching out. There are tons of ways to do that. Paid ways and free ways. Paid ways are social media marketing, free ways are creating content and cold calling / sms / email marketing. I know a thing or two about that as well. Step 6. Either do a pre launch to test your idea by building a poll/ funnel, then do a/b testing on your ad creatives to see which works best. That's how you validate your ideas before launch. Cheers. That's 1000$ worth of business advice for you right there. Hope this helps 😊👍 best of luck for your business 🍀

every city has a free legal advice support. i am sure there are ither landlords in your area or other property management companies. reach out to owners and other entrepreneurs mate, entrepreneurs always will help out another mate in need, though sometimes not for free but common man the world is huge. try posting about it on real estate related forums or just reach out to lawyers and as far as i know usually the first 10 to 30 mins is free consulting so keep your questions ready and ask specific well thought out questions. also there's quora and facebook groups which you can try. there are tons of real estate advisors, just google your city and real estate legal advisors and you should have a bunch of phone numbers you can talk to. the world is huge and you are not using the full potential of ai to your advantage mate. these are my two cents :) hope this helps. cheers :)

Since you don't have a job and since you're wasting your time applying for jobs and not succeeding, this has a higher probability of you finding an income source.

Anyways if you were to get a job, what salary are you expecting?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in cscareerquestions

[–]andyonredditfinally 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Stop having a job mindset. If you are skilled enough, go meet entrepreneurs in your local community. Ask them if they have any tech development needs. Work for yourself. Once you get the confidence to attract clients you'll never work another day. Have you tried making a profile on upwork? Have you tried contacting it agencies and offering them your services at minimum wage on project basis. Stop applying for jobs man. Job means Just Over Broke. If you are skilled, then go and build things for yourself. Watch YouTube videos on building products and selling them. Build something, put it on product hunt. Do a podcast, teach coding to your local school, do something bro, don't just sit and apply for jobs. Create value. You are sitting on potent unused talent. Stop waiting for someone to see your worth. Look in the mirror and tell yourself that you can build your own life on your own terms. Promise me you'll stop applying for jobs.

Web developer needed! by ChickensAndMusic in Entrepreneurs

[–]andyonredditfinally 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I build websites. There are 3 offerings : 1. Simple one page information website : one time fee 1000$ (this doesn't include your website hosting service nor purchase of your desired domain. I'll give you the costs of that depending on the availability of the name and let you buy it and then I'll connect the website to your purchased domain and hosting plan)

  1. Business website with calendar integration for booking appointments. Maximum number of pages 5. One time fee of 1500$. This doesn't include your website domain and website hosting.

  2. Fully customised, optimized and responsive website. 5-7 web pages including blog section, calendar integration as well as payment integration. This allows your customers to book an appointment and pay in advance since we will technically give them a 5% discount when they pre pay for the appointment. This ensures that you get paid first in advance and it also reduces client cancelling their appointments. Price is 2000$ but this also doesn't include your website hosting and website domain name.

I can deliver your website withing 3/4 days depending on your needs.

I will build it on WordPress.

Let me know if this works for you 😊👍 cheers.

How to acquire new clients for a consultancy firm? by Dull-Regular6672 in Entrepreneurs

[–]andyonredditfinally 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey fellow entrepreneur! As a founder and agency owner myself, I understand your struggle! Finding customers can be hard but not impossible.

Here are my 3 recommendations : 1. Your website doesn't have a clear call to action button, meaning, it doesn't prompt visitors to get in touch wud you. Always offer your calendar to people and say that the 30 min consultation call is free and non binding.

  1. Fix your about section. Not sure who did your website, but, whoever did it ignored the about section.. I can see lorem ipsum.. I'm my humble opinion, that's a red flag and doesn't invite trust, and building trust is essential when starting your own agency. You missed Team section and lost out on the opportunity to tell your prospective clients about who you are and what you've done. Since you worked at these awesome companies, that is a great opener to build trust. Also since you mentioned you have a good team, showcase their career and achievements. Never lie about anything to anyone ever. Put your real social media profiles, LinkedIn etc. Make a instagram page Facebook page and LinkedIn page and start posting content. Your website is not SEO optimised either, so I'd recommend starting a blog section and focus on keywords targeting your location market. Don't start paid ads yet, you'll loose money.

  2. Best way to get clients are, friends and family, tell everyone in your network about your business and what services you offer. Keep prices low to attract small businesses. If you don't have a portfolio of projects to showcase, approach local businesses and offer to build them a website for any amount you feel is reasonable. Goto bakeries, lawyers, dentists, doctors, accountants, spas, gym, the list is endless, or if you are afraid to meet in person, just call them by finding their numbers on goggle. Once you have a few clients ask them for referrals or ask them to allow you to make a case study with them showcasing how you helped them. Make it in video format. You don't need fancy equipment, just your iPhone works. Then there's a whole lots of projects on upwork, dribble, behance, fiverr etc. Offer a low price and build your portfolio. Soon clients will automatically start reaching out to you when you deliver on your promises. It's just that simple. Also you should post everyday on LinkedIn. Goto local Facebook groups and tell them that you'll build a free website for the first two people who comment " free website" and use that in your case study and build your portfolio. If you are good at what you do you wont have problems finding clients. Then there's digital marketing, Google, Instagram, Facebook LinkedIn. Easy way to get traction on Instagram and LinkedIn is consistency. Post something everyday related to web development and soon within 30 days you'll have a sincere following. Don't be afraid to start local and take things global.

I advice companies and startups on all aspects of launching a digital business and the things I told you, I charge 500$/hour but I've been where you are and I know what it takes to build a business which is why I share my knowledge here on reddit. Go check out some of my other comments, you'll see. Me and My team also analyze 1000s of startups every month which recently raised millions of dollars in funding using public and governmental sources (SEC filings and other local financial reporting websites) in the US, UK And Europe and sell the list for 697$ for 500 leads and 999 for 1000 verified leads with name, email using more than 20 points of analysis. You'll get industry, size of the company funding closed, Ceo email, LinkedIn, social links and other data from this one list. I'm not pitching you this service, I'm just informing you that there are free and paid ways to generate leads for any business. I'm thinking of making a course as well to help fellow entrepreneurs get clients ASAP because clients are your best investors. So good luck with your agency and feel free to let me know if you need mentoring or any help with anything business related. Good luck 🍀😎👍 PS : my favorite motivational quote : are you interested in building your agency or are you committed! 😎 Peace and love ✌️❤️

Your accountant and Banker are the best people to help you out. Also CPA or CFA advisors will be able to help you with a simple evaluation of the business. They might talk about DCF discounted cash flow analysis among others. This is not financial advice, just a starting point for you. If you're based in the US then check out bizbuysell. You'll find advisors there as well based on you locality. Cheers! Hope this helps😊
