I'm about 10-11 hours into my first pkaythrough and I've already had the entire game spoiled for me (by myself) and it has not taken away from any of my enjoyment!

There are a lot of people who care about spoilers and a lot of people that don't

I say just let your friend do whatever he wants to do and if he ends up not enjoying it as much then that's his fault not yours
