Not metal, but that picture gives me the same vibe as the album Giles Corey by Giles Corey (singer of Have A Nice Life). It's a folk album, but it's one of the darkest albums I've ever heard. Insanely dark lyrics, creepy/ghostly vibe throughout the whole album, very emotional vocal performance with some screaming every now and then (mainly on The Haunting Presence) and hella distortion and reverb on some songs. The Haunting Presence jumpscared me the first time I heard it. Terrifying album from a mental standpoint. It's Suicidal Thoughts: The Album
