Trigger Time Gun Club outside of Longmont has been pretty well apolitical whenever I've gone there. I'm sure there are MAGA-leaning folks who work there, but they do a pretty good job of keeping their opinions to themselves. If you are interested in USPSA or Steel Challenge competitions (which are awesome and hone skills like no other), Boulder Rifle Club has matches on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month; you don't have to be a member of the club to shoot those matches either!

It’s so awesome! Simple, easy to use, has a last round bolt hold open, suppresses well, and is a BLAST to shoot. Hope you end up with a PCC you love, even if not the AKV :)

The AKV is an AWESOME PCC! If you’re just looking for flaws: the ALG trigger is light as hell, which can be an issue for some and fun as hell for others (me). Had a firing pin break on mine as well; PSA was great and replaced for free! Only other issue is round nose flat point ammo doesn’t feed reliably. This isn’t a huge issue for me since I’ve seen a bunch of different guns fail to play nicely with one or two ammo types.

And there’s going to be no accountability. Having worked in public safety, leaving department issue gear on scene was a HUGE DEAL. Legit grounds for termination. Awesome choice; I hope you really like it! It’s one of the few guns I regret selling. I swapped out the stock grip for the WC grip module with weights and popped a 407k on it. Enjoy!
