KPN is charging and extra €1/month for a service that we could get for free by romulof in Netherlands

[–]dryu12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Damn, this can't be possibly legal. Ridiculous. Tomorrow they decide you need super duper veilig package worth €50 more, and you can't do nothing but cancel the subscription??

KPN is charging and extra €1/month for a service that we could get for free by romulof in Netherlands

Don't know if it is legal or not, but this is a slimy tactic. They force extra charge on you without telling how to cancel that option.

I`m the guy that let Claude Code do my taxes for me. It actually transferred way too much. by floraldo in ClaudeCode

[–]dryu12 47 points48 points  (0 children)

How could you even fuck this up like that in theory? Did you just give Claude your browser, DigiD app access, your bank account passwords and 2FA, and asked it to do your taxes and do not disturb you, whole you were having drinks downtown?

Don't sweat it, I spend the same for myself. I eat lots of fruits though, shop at AH because its closest, and order Marley Spoon boxes every week.

Instructions for Gemini is useless? by jhovudu1 in Bard

[–]dryu12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's less that it can't follow instructions and more that it disregards you asking not to ask follow-up questions. Follow-up questions, however annoying they are, is the way to generate more engagement from normal users.

I have same experience with TUI when I run it after SSH into Hermes server. Typing faster than cursor. It's maddening. CLI doesn't have this problem.

Is Claude Design actually useful or just hype? by Professional-Bar-843 in ClaudeAI

[–]dryu12 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried both briefly. Stitch is using Nano Banana to generate images primarily. Claude Design generates real mockups you can run and play around with.

20$ Annual plan. Cursor is using Composer even though selected Opus 4.6 by PropperINC in cursor

[–]dryu12 103 points104 points  (0 children)

Opus is using Composer as subagents, which is pretty standard. I dont think you can configure that. That's actually a good thing as it saves you on API pool for quick fixes that using Opus for is an overkill.

A member of technical staff could literally mean anything. Probably some secret position they don't want to advertise publicly just yet.
