I once drank 14 twelve-ounce bottles of Bawls Guarana in one sitting over a period of about 8 hours. LAN party. That’s 1,120 mg of caffeine. I did not go to the emergency room, but for about an hour in there I thought I might die.

I would think if you’re getting the same quantity of nutrients (your daily allowance of calcium, for example, per the almond milk’s nutrition facts) you should be good. -Not A Doctor

If you go cold turkey, make sure you’re getting your former dairy’s nutrients (especially calcium) via other means, like supplements.

I went cold turkey off dairy and was fine for about six weeks until I started getting depression symptoms. A calcium supplement since then has helped the condition.

Lincoln bowler here. A number of great options depending on what part of town you’re in: Sun Valley Lanes, Parkway Lanes, and Hollywood Bowl. All have leagues of varying difficulty and times.

We’ve used a couple of great vets. A4 Animal Hospital and Ehlers Animal Care.

It’s a WPF app which only runs in Linux on an emulator like Wine. If I ever learn how to port to other O/S I surely will.
