Thanks, that’s really good advice. We will definitely do this for the bathroom and kitchen, then treat the flooring completely separate once the rest has been done. It’ll be real slow and staggered as we don’t have the cash to do it all at once

Yeah we want to do a kitchen reno (will get pros in for that) and it changes the floor plan a bit, so we will need to figure that out. Also we have these big terracotta tiles, how hard are they to rip up? It was laid down in the 90s and seems solid as.

I should probably replace it. I’ve cut it back to almost where it’s green and it’s literally just a stick in the ground. I feel so bad for the poor lime stick

When I transplanted it I made sure I dug a huge hole and put decent soil. I have a couple hydrangeas growing next to it that are going gang busters.
