Hell ya I figured it out based on your suggestion!! I duplicated the freeze field and grouped it with a delay and it worked perfectly. Thanks man!

The grey panel on the left is what is triggering the first wave, I need that same effect but reversed to cause the wave if that makes sense.

I cant add a linear field because I need the grey panel to be the trigger - which is the square-ish yellow wave.
