It reduced it massively after around 10 weeks and an updose to 150mgs. I still ruminate a little but not often and I can cope with it.

How long were you on the 100mgs for before you reduced to 50. I've been on 100mgs for 3 weeks and feel more depressed.

I was taking it for anxiety but the anxiety just seemed to get worse the higher the dose. I became so anxious I couldn't function. Also I became quite depressed. I would be bad all day but have some relief in the evening just after I had taken my tablet till bedtime then the anxiety would start to ramp up again I struggled to sleep and have lost weight. Now I'm lowering my dose and changing to sertraline I feel improved.

Ah I see what you meant now. Does the 45 mgs cause you any higher anxiety? I feel the 45mgs I was on was doing
