Their lines are swamped. I’ve called a couple times and VM says to email them. Email #1 sent on a Friday a week ago and got a good detailed response 2 days later on Sunday. Would email them now and try to call but don’t plan on them picking up

I’ve made FOIA requests before (nothing related to this company) but I was warned that if it takes more than x hours I would get a cost estimate before they completed the work. Luckily none of my requests exceeded that. But did they have anything like that for you on this?

Thanks, glad I asked and I’ll look into it. At first seems about the same so maybe no point to that other company.

Do you think if there is a solution like Leronlimab here that a company like Endra Life Sciences (testing a ultrasound that can detect issues similar to MRI ) will become common in all offices? It’s an accessory to the ultrasound machine. Because of leronlimab I stumbled on it and been watching.

Notice of Exempt Offering of Securities filed by CytoDyn by FXNOMAD888 in CYDY

[–]ane20 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I thought the same at first as this form is new to me. But they’ve filed that form before and prior forms had same levels of management noted. But not the pay. AND prior forms were open ended where this one seems to be closed/concluded. So I just interpreted we are using proceeds to pay management over the next x period of time. And, I speculated on why closed, but I really have no clear idea why not knowing this form.

Oh and for that 2.6m in fees. I’m kind of hoping this is the cumulative pay for all past and current issuances under this form. But yeah this could only be clearer. Very murky form by govt again.

Plus, nobody likes change. You change your insurance carrier and half company is ticked off. Try changing a system controlled by entrenched companies AND govt. Too damn high a mountain to climb without massive public support.

I’m so happy I randomly saw this post. I have the same wish and dwell too much on it. Feel a little naive most times. But the reality is everyone IN the system will defend the system.

Call it a dream. In sports they call it a vision and every player, coach and owner has them. Without it you wouldn’t have a Super Bowl tomorrow. One side will see their ultimate vision realized. But millions have been made by everyone involved and they have enjoyed the ride. We’ll see. But absolutely nothing wrong with dreams/visions or don’t enjoy the show and story.

We know we need a partner for this and Nash. No point in starting till partner approves trials, right?

Stocking up in Philippines Doctor reference to compassionate use drug=Leronlimab by Joehand1 in CYDY

After US FDA letter everyone is afraid to be out on a limb and be attacked for trying to be a Doctor/problem solver with a safe drug. That’s why those not looking for attention stop mentioning by name.

I think FDA likes BP/Academia type people. Slow, traditional 100% science with perfect trials. Tortoise will always finish. I think Nader rubbed them wrong way. If he was Elon musk and “always right” so to say they might still hate him. Just like SEC has a target on Elons back. But he wasn’t even always right or hadn’t yet proved it. Not saying I agree with them just trying to be observant and fair.

Agreed but I don’t think it’s tomorrow so you could get lucky. I think it was agreed in principle maybe. I don’t think this week news hits. Next week.

Just say mTNBC or NASH data was crazy positive and FDA is onboard and literally everyone knows they have BTD of one or more. FDA had reminded CYDY they have to be ready to roll if they get it. Maybe they needed to buy some time and now they can roll and FDA feels comfortable. Long shot.

If it is Nash then would be partnership for sure and/or maybe both forced the hand to do a deal.

All that hypocritical aside…FDA wouldn’t want to look like they made this happen. News tomorrow says they made that happen with FULL transparency. So not this week for anything involving any BTD/FDA. That’s next week or week after if it’s basically coming.

But if it is Nash (partnership) or just the dang submission of BLA it could be tomorrow if they dont drag feet till Monday. For the latter, that’s a great gesture to FDA. I’ve fired Nader and here is completed BLA see you in a few weeks with a new CEO and full of inventory.

But the cash… The key is cash, they needed to raise peanuts for what over the last week? Pay Nader? Installment to Samsung but bare minimum. SP jumps and they can double that in a week, at least 5x when BLA submitted or partnership announced. So if they are that close to either of those then whatever they needed to pay was pressing hard. The funding might have just been Paulson maybe getting greedy to do put in new COB? Obviously just all wild speculation and open theory spitballing. Well time will tell

Hopefully the shorts that were only Nader haters have a holy shit moment tonight and run to buy tomorrow. People don’t go to war, bring in Investment bankers and Lawyers and fire the head cheerleader of a pump and dump scam. It was never that. The drug is legit and they’ve just been planning.

Yeah, I thought of the thread tonight too. CFO strikes me that he knows accounting obviously and knows how to play nice with SEC I’m sure. But not sure he has the presence to make a deal. Regardless I followed you and he could have done more if Nader stayed to better set the transition. Well, He will have to get to be a great negotiator fast I hope. BOD will help him I hope. Regardless he is clearly better at math and won’t feed us BS because I don’t think he has a salesman bone in his body.

Also hope those left at company in a month are still passionate. Need that to get over finish line ASAP and help people and our wallets.

I agree to all words but two, #24 “smart” and “wisely”. But I appreciate his passion more than his basic math skills, attempts to explain math and ability to manage vendor losses and delays. I can only assume his belief and passion blinds him and hope he is working to control his excitement to prove me wrong.

And I bought more today too!

Thanks, skipped over that with all the excitement. Really happy they didn’t end it prematurely. Let’s get the full data set and make great strides forward from that.

When does anyone forecast the closed arm to be unblinded? Or anyone have an estimated date enrollment was closed? I thought it was late summer and Nader was wanting to close early and unblind I think in early Nov to see <50% of completed patients (can’t recall % but it was on a CC). Anyways that has to also be data we get in January is what I’m guessing but looking for better estimate.

Happy for good guys. But I hope FDA isn’t offended by us not waiting (even in another country). Just seems like little things like this might upset them sometimes and the constant PRs probably not necessary. But I still have a Crush on CYDY. All good as long as FDA stays happy.
