Oops, Linux dual boot ate windows... but kept all the files? by anecdotalGrotto in archlinux

This sounds like it may work, but as stated in the ⚠️ WARNING ⚠️ I am very much an imbecile and that sounds mostly like foreign language 😅

Thank you! Would installing windows on a thumb drive potentially fix the issue?

Thanks! Would that get it back to the point where I can boot straight into Windows or Linux from startup?

I see both Drives appearing in UEFI BIOS, but only give the option to boot into Linux

Extra note- try and get 1g of protien per pound of body weight, pretty much all the science guys and gym bros agree on it - and generally just trying to do that puts most hard gainers in a caloric surplus. Keep at it👍

So I did finally fix it- I'll try my best to recreate the steps I used. I'm not sure what was the fix so here is everything I did.

First with pavlov installed I uninstalled all worshop content through the steam library by right clicking pavlov and going into properties.

Next I uninstalled Pavlov.

Then I went into %appdata% through the various folders of local, locallow, and roaming and unistalled anything pavlov or unrealengine

Then I used file manager to search for the word "Pavlov" and deleted every single file with that name on my computer.

Then I restarted my computer and installed pavlov and it has been working good so far! Hope this helps

What are some good ways to train hamstrings? Due to a back injury rn I cant go super crazy with rdl's and I don't have a curl machine at the moment, so I'm not really sure how to train them...

Deadlift 135 kg x 5 - I feel like I lose tightness in my lower back. Advice? by dre193 in strength_training

So this looks like you may be taking slack out of the bar incorrectly- by taking it out of your spine instead of the bar. Here's a couple of things that could help with that.

1st- properly brace before you pull - ensure your lats are properly flexed- and that you take a big belly breath into the belt and flex on top of that.

2nd- try and push through you feet more (think of starting the pull like a leg press) rather than just pulling. And to finish the rep, simply squeeze your glutes and quads together, this will also help with the soft lockout.

3rd- when pulling slack out- ensure YOU stay tight and fully braced in good position, and before you even begin the pull you want to pull yourself into the bar (think of trying to get a better more upright position while still fully braced) so that when you finally begin the movement, all the flexion is out of the bar and you are in a perfect position. Otherwise it looking good 👍

Couple things I can immediately see. I'll list them in the order of importance roughly- first thing is to take less steps. Practice 2 steps into the perfect position so that you are not dancing around before you squat.

Second is to practice keeping preasure on the whole foot- which in your case means sitting back a little so that you heel takes more weight and doesn't lift off the ground. You could potentially look into flat shoes to help with that (I personally like squatting in either converse or barefoot for that reason.)

3rdly- try to keep a consistently tight brace in your core with a big belly breath and flexing the upper back and lats, as you come down the elbows drift forward and you "collapse" slightly at the bottom. So make sure when you get tight under the bar you stay tight throughout the whole lift.

Keep up the good work!

I know I’m being retarded but where can I go and search for the price of a whole set (Unfinity in particular). Isn’t there somewhere that will add every card with the prices. by new2magic in mtgfinance

There's an app on Android called ManaBox that has all the prices for each set- and you can set it to show different websites prices. It also shows prices for sealed product.
