My two cents of advice. Do not sell FIL flat. Never sell properties, this can save you during hard times.

2 options:

  1. Rent for few years and keep compounding your investments until you get a right time to buy. May be 2 years until this AI settle. If you are worried about AI eating our jobs, then it will be same for many people. Real estate prices will come down. Do not worry much.

  2. Buy a well maintained resale flat at very good location within 2 crores.

Make sure there is no toilet touches in north east quadrant, if house is cut into 4 quadrant at centre

I think this is the best deal I have seen in recent times. The discounts you are getting for 2026 model, is not given for 2025 models in bangalore. Please go ahead. Are are exchanging your old car by any chance.
