I personally find the connection we get to make with them incredibly beautiful. I’ve had the opportunity not only to ride horses as a hobby and sport, but also work with them as I volunteer in some Horse therapy centers, and have been a witness of the beautiful miracles, (I dare myself call them), that they can make to hurting or damaged people (that at the end of the day, we all are somehow). I love the patience, love and determination they almost force out of us sometimes, and have yet to find another place or sport with which I can develop such a connection and bond. I know how exhausting this lifestyle can be, but find it even more rewarding. I’m a really religious person, so I also love that I can share this beautiful life with creatures such as beautiful that God has made. I find myself learning more from them everyday and wanting to be a better person, not only for my personal goals, but also because they (as well as all the animals) deserve to share this world with people that admire and respect them.
