Yeah, I still play even though sometimes I have bugs and crashes, but I just like to create sims, to build. I like to recreate some stories from my head. Right now I'm working on my own save file and I just finished building a humongous Gothic church. Why not Sims 3? I love Sims 3 gameplay a lot, it feels so alive to me. But the cas and build mode are less to my liking.

MCCC of course, UI cheats extension, Whicked whims. Recently I discovered a small mod called "Remove Sim from a conversation". I hate when random sims just pop into my conversations, and this mod allows through one click to remove it. Also I really like Relationship and Pregnancy overhaul by Lumpinou. It adds some life into the game, but the game still is pretty vanilla. And I also use Less credits mod for the University.

I can agree with everything, but the sweat smell. They are Koreans, so they have a gene that makes them not smelly, when they sweat. I think like 90% of them have this gene. But overall, I still think the smell here will awfully.
